Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Below are a list of common responsibilities for a transaction coordinator in general. This is not a comprehensive list.

  • Lead Qualification:
    • Contact leads via phone, email, and text to assess their real estate needs.
    • Gather relevant information from leads and update CRM records accurately.
    • Determine which leads are qualified to move forward with an agent.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Maintain rapport over time with leads through engaging communication.
    • Provide information about the real estate market and available properties.
    • Answer real estate questions to foster trust and establish credibility.
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule appointments for field agents to meet with qualified leads.
    • Coordinate schedules to transition leads between inside sales and agents.
    • Follow up with leads and agents to gather feedback.
  • Database Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
    • Track lead progress and interactions with inside sales and agents.
    • Generate reports for source accountabiliity, lead connection rate, etc...
  • Script Adherence and Improvement:
    • Follow provided scripts and guidelines for communication with leads.
    • Provide feedback on script effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Active Real Estate License

A valid real estate license in Florida. This may be acquired on the job. *Some positions as an ISA do not require a license.

Experience

  ·  

Experience working within an organization in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

Communication Skills

  ·  

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.

Interpersonal Skills

  ·  

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Technology Skills

  ·  

Proficient in using CRM systems, online platforms, and communication tools.

Time Management

  ·  

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Goal-Oriented

  ·  

Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
